We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries, we are here to help! Sporty Pupz apparel and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All returns must be sent in original packaging and have all hang tags intact. Upon inspection of the products, any pet odors, dog hair found and removal of original tags, a refund will not be granted by Sporty Pupz. Once the product meets our criteria, a refund will be granted, however, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please be advised that if you wish to return an item for a refund that was received as a gift, the refund will be issued to the purchaser. When you contact our Customer Service Team, please be able to provide the order number or the purchaser’s information so we may easily locate the order in our system. If you choose to process an exchange, Sporty Pupz will bill your credit card for the shipping fees to send the new product or size to you.

Sporty Pupz is not responsible for any returned packages or merchandise lost in shipping. All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense and thus can be shipped using the customer’s choice of shipping carrier. Sporty Pupz is not responsible for damages resulting from return shipment by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all packages returned to us. Returned items are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed and documented in our system. Any refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible after recorded receipt of the returned item. In the event of a return your bank statement may not show the refund for a period of time following return.
All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All products must be returned in original packaging, or refund is forfeited. If you choose to return your order for a refund, and payment was made by credit or debit card, your refund will be submitted to the original card on file. If that credit card has since expired or will no longer accept a credit, Sporty Pupz will contact you for another method of receiving payment. If you choose to return your order for a refund, and payment was made by electronic check, personal check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery once your return is processed.
